Tradition acquired the 7 acres of non-performing land in Cascades Marketplace in 2022 after successfully re-zoning the ground from commercial to residential use.   This is the first step to revitalizing Cascades Marketplace retail center by providing nearby households that can better support an updated retail center. 

Tradition will start construction on 173 townhouses in the Fall of 2023 with completion slated for the Spring of 2025.
