Tradition, in conjunction with a large public home builder, rezoned and developed 27 townhouses along Lee Highway in Arlington, VA.  The highly desirable neighborhood will offer homeowners the opportunity to purchase seldom available townhouses in a North Arlington premier location.

Working with Arlington County, Tradition successfully rezoned the property and was able to modify the site layout to preserve two specimen trees in the neighboring Arlington County-owned park.  Tradition also installed all the necessary site infrastructure to make the lots ready for development.
