Junction Square consists of 55,000 square feet of residential and retail space divided among three separate buildings within the historic district of downtown Herndon, VA. The community will attract active adults and young professionals, many of whom choose to live in Herndon as an alternative to areas of greater population density.
The project will contribute significantly to the town and the historic downtown, which is known for its charming shops, great restaurants and friendly, summer concerts series, and small town vibe. The popular W&OD trail runs alongside the site, which is expected to be a frequent stop for bikers and joggers breaking for food and drinks.
Junction Square will offer a variety of townhouses ranging in size from 2,100 to 3,000 square feet. All homes will offer superb finishes and expert craftmanship, two-car garages and rooftop decks. In addition six of the townhouse-style condo units along Elden will contain elevators.
The retail will consist of 2,500 square feet of storefront units along Elden and a standalone building containign 3,000 square feet of office and retail at the corner of Lynn Street.
