He is an active member of National Association of Home Builders, Northern Virginia Building Industry Association , Urban Land Institute and Young Presidents' Organization (YPO).

When Steve is not busy at work, he can be found focusing on his other passions. He enjoys spending time with his family, doing just about anything outside in Park City, Utah, and occasionally playing golf when he can withstand high levels of frustration.
